If your Sunax order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect or is marked as delivered but cannot be found, we are here to help. This page explains what to check first, what information to send and how our Customer Care team reviews order issues.

Before Reporting A Missing Package

If tracking says delivered but the package is not visible, please check a few places first. Sometimes local carriers leave packages in safe areas or pickup locations.

Check your mailbox, front door, reception or building entrance.
Ask household members, neighbors or building staff.
Check parcel lockers, pickup points or carrier notes.
Confirm the delivery address used at checkout.
