This Right of Withdrawal page explains how eligible customers may withdraw from a purchase made through sunaxdetox.com.

2. Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer and applicable consumer protection law gives you a right of withdrawal, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

For goods, the withdrawal period usually begins on the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receive the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires.

Nothing on this page is intended to limit mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country of residence.

3. How To Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear statement by email.

Your withdrawal request should include:

Your order number
Your full name
The email address used at checkout
Your delivery address
A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase
Confirmation that the product is unopened, unused and sealed

You may use the withdrawal form template in section 12 below. Using the template is optional, but it helps us process your request clearly.

4. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is generally 14 days from the day of delivery, unless a different mandatory legal rule applies in your country.

The deadline is met if you send your withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period expires.

If you contact us after the withdrawal period has expired, your request may not be accepted unless applicable law requires otherwise or unless the request is related to a confirmed order issue.

5. Product Condition and Hygiene Exception

Sunax Detox Tea is a consumable herbal tea product.

For health, safety and hygiene reasons, opened, unsealed, used, partially consumed or damaged products may not be eligible for return or withdrawal where legal exceptions apply.

If you intend to exercise your right of withdrawal, please do not open, use, consume, mix with water or damage the product.

Products should be returned in their original, unopened, unused and sealed condition.

6. Products That May Not Be Eligible For Withdrawal Return

A withdrawal return may be refused if:

The product has been opened
The product seal has been broken
The product has been used
The product has been mixed with water
The product has been partially consumed
The product is missing sachets or packaging
The product was damaged after delivery by the customer
The product is not suitable for return due to health, safety or hygiene reasons
The product was sent back without prior return instructions from Sunax Detox Customer Care

This does not affect mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country.

7. Return of Goods After Withdrawal

If your withdrawal request is accepted and the product is eligible for return, you must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within the legally required return period after informing us of your withdrawal.

Please do not send products back before contacting Sunax Detox Customer Care and receiving return instructions.

Orders may be dispatched from an EU warehouse or another fulfillment location, but approved returns may need to be sent to our return address in Kayseri, Turkey.

8. Return Shipping Costs

Unless Sunax Detox agrees otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, the customer is usually responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods after withdrawal.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of shipment until the return and refund process is complete.

Sunax Detox is not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed or damaged during return shipping when the return shipment is arranged by the customer.

9. Refund After Withdrawal

If your withdrawal is valid and the returned product meets the return conditions, we will refund the eligible payment amount according to applicable law and payment provider rules.

Approved refunds are usually issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank or card issuer.

Where permitted by law, we may wait until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that the goods have been sent back.

10. Shipping Costs and Refunds

Original shipping costs may not always be refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the refund is connected to a confirmed issue with the order.

Additional delivery costs chosen by the customer, such as premium or express shipping, may not always be refundable unless required by law.

If the customer is responsible for returning the product, the return shipping cost is usually not refunded unless Sunax Detox agrees otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, missing or incorrect, please do not use the product.

Contact Sunax Detox Customer Care as soon as possible and include:

Your order number
The email address used at checkout
Photos of the package
Photos of the shipping label
Photos of the product and damaged contents where applicable
A clear explanation of the issue

Damaged, missing or incorrect order claims are reviewed separately from standard withdrawal requests.

Please keep all packaging, shipping labels and damaged products until your case is reviewed.

13. Important Product Notice

Sunax Detox Tea is a herbal tea product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Do not use Sunax Detox Tea during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not suitable for cardiac patients. If you have a medical condition, take medication or have sensitivity to any ingredient, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

If the product appears opened, damaged, contaminated or unsafe, do not consume it and contact Sunax Detox Customer Care.
