This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through sunaxdetox.com are processed, shipped, tracked and delivered.

Please read this Shipping Policy together with our Terms of Service, General Terms & Conditions, Return & Refund Policy and Right of Withdrawal.


1. Who We Are

This website is operated by Sunax Detox, a business based in Turkey.

2. Order Processing

After you place an order, you should receive an order confirmation email at the email address used during checkout.

Orders are usually prepared within 1 to 3 business days, unless a different processing time is shown at checkout, on the product page or in your order confirmation.

Processing times may be longer during busy periods, public holidays, promotional campaigns, stock checks, carrier delays or operational interruptions.

Business days usually mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and carrier non-working days.


3. Fulfillment Location

Orders may be dispatched from an EU warehouse or another fulfillment location depending on stock availability, delivery country and logistics setup.

The dispatch location may vary from time to time and does not change the identity of the seller. Sunax Detox is operated from Turkey.

Approved returns may need to be sent to our return address in Kayseri, Turkey, even if the order was originally dispatched from an EU warehouse.


4. Shipping Destinations

Shipping availability may depend on your country, delivery address, checkout settings, carrier service and local delivery restrictions.

Available shipping countries, shipping methods and shipping costs are shown during checkout before you complete your order.

If your country is not available during checkout, we may not currently ship to that destination.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown during checkout before payment.

The final shipping cost may depend on:

  • Promotions or free shipping offers
  • Carrier rates
  • Market, currency or checkout settings

Where available, free EU shipping may apply to orders over €49. Final eligibility is always shown at checkout.


6. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are shown for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Estimated delivery may vary depending on destination, carrier service, public holidays, order volume, customs procedures, local delivery conditions and events outside our control.

Order processing Usually 1 to 3 business days before dispatch.
European Union Usually 3 to 8 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier service.
Non-EU Europe Usually 5 to 12 business days after dispatch, depending on customs and local delivery conditions.
Other destinations Delivery availability and timing are shown at checkout where available.

If no specific delivery estimate is agreed or shown, applicable consumer protection laws may provide delivery timing rules. In many cases, goods should be delivered within 30 days, unless a different delivery period has been agreed.


7. Tracking Information

When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent after your order has been prepared and shipped.

Tracking may be sent through:

  • Carrier tracking page
  • Shop app, where available

Tracking links may not update immediately after a tracking number is created. Carriers often update tracking only after the first scan.


8. Tracking Not Updating

If tracking does not update immediately, this does not always mean the package is lost.

Tracking may take time to update due to:

  • Carrier scan delay
  • Weekend or holiday processing
  • Transit between carrier facilities
  • Customs or border processing
  • Local delivery branch updates
  • Technical delay in the carrier tracking system

If your tracking has not updated for several business days, contact Sunax Detox Customer Care with your order number and tracking information.


9. Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.

Please make sure your delivery details include:

  • Full name
  • Street name and building number
  • Apartment, unit or floor number where needed
  • Postal code
  • City
  • Country
  • Phone number where required by the carrier

Sunax Detox is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, returned packages or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated address information provided by the customer.


10. Address Changes

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible.

We may be able to update the address before the order is processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, packed, handed to the carrier or shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.


11. Delivery Attempts and Pickup Points

If the carrier cannot deliver the package, they may attempt delivery again, leave a delivery notice, send the package to a pickup point or return the package depending on the carrier and local delivery rules.

Customers should follow carrier instructions for redelivery, pickup or delivery appointment where available.

If the customer does not collect the package from a pickup point within the carrier's allowed period, the package may be returned.


12. Refused Delivery

If a customer refuses delivery without prior agreement from Sunax Detox, any resulting shipping costs, return costs, carrier fees, customs charges or handling costs may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.

Refund eligibility will be reviewed after the package is returned and inspected.


13. Customs, Duties and Import Charges

Depending on your delivery country, customs duties, import taxes, local fees or clearance charges may apply.

Where such charges apply, they are usually the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise during checkout.

Customs procedures are controlled by the destination country and may delay delivery.

For EU deliveries dispatched from an EU warehouse, customs procedures may not apply in the same way as international imports. However, the final treatment depends on the delivery country, logistics route and applicable regulations.


14. Delayed Delivery

Delivery delays may happen for reasons outside our control.

If tracking suggests that a package may be lost, Sunax Detox Customer Care will review the available order and carrier information.

Depending on the review result, we may guide you with carrier follow-up, replacement review, refund review or another appropriate solution.


16. Delivered But Not Received

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, please check:

  • Parcel locker
  • Pickup point
  • Neighbors
  • Household members
  • Carrier delivery notes

17. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, opened, wet, crushed or visibly affected during delivery, please do not throw away the packaging.

Contact us as soon as possible and send:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the outer package
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • Photos of the product box
  • Photos of damaged contents where applicable
  • A clear explanation of the issue

Please keep the package, shipping label and product until the case is reviewed.


18. Missing or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives but an item is missing or incorrect, contact Sunax Detox Customer Care as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • The email address used at checkout
  • Photos of all items received
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A clear explanation of what is missing or incorrect

We will review the order details and the information provided before deciding the next step.


19. Product Safety After Delivery

If the product appears opened, damaged, contaminated or unsafe, do not consume it.

Contact Sunax Detox Customer Care immediately and provide clear photos and order details.

Sunax Detox Tea is a herbal tea product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not suitable for cardiac patients. If you have a medical condition, take medication or have sensitivity to any ingredient, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.


20. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We may be able to cancel an order before it is processed, packed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, packed, handed to the carrier or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, the Return & Refund Policy or Right of Withdrawal rules may apply where eligible.
