Orders may be dispatched from an EU warehouse or another fulfillment location depending on stock availability, delivery country and logistics setup.

The dispatch location does not change the identity of the seller. Sunax Detox is operated from Turkey.

If a package is delayed, damaged, missing, incorrectly delivered or marked as delivered but not received, the customer should contact Sunax Detox as soon as possible.

For health, safety and hygiene reasons, opened, unsealed, used, damaged by the customer or partially consumed products may not be eligible for return, unless required by applicable law or unless there is a confirmed issue with the order.

The customer must not use or open a product if they intend to request a return based on withdrawal rights.

Before returning any product, the customer must contact Sunax Detox Customer Care and wait for return instructions.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
