Track your Sunax order using the link in your order emails, your order status page or available carrier tracking information. This page explains where to find your tracking details, what each status means and when to contact Customer Care.
Find Your Tracking Link
After your order is shipped, tracking information is sent when available. The fastest way to track your package is through your shipping confirmation email.
Shipping Email
When tracking is available, your shipping email includes the tracking information or a link to your order status page.
Tip: Check your spam, promotions or updates folder if you cannot find the email.Order Status Page
Your order status page shows your order progress and available shipping updates after checkout.
You can access it from your order confirmation or shipping notification email.Shop App
If you use the Shop app, your eligible Shopify orders may appear there with delivery updates when tracking is available.

Order Placed
You complete checkout and receive your order confirmation email.
Order Prepared
Your order is checked, packed and prepared for shipment.
Tracking Created
A tracking number may be created before the carrier first scans the package.
Carrier Updates
The carrier updates the tracking page as the package moves through the network.
Delivered
Your local carrier completes delivery or provides pickup and delivery attempt instructions.

Common Tracking Issues
Tracking can sometimes look confusing. These are the most common situations customers ask about.
Tracking Not Active Yet
Tracking may be created before the package receives its first carrier scan. Please allow time for updates.
No Email Received
Check spam and promotions folders. If you still cannot find it, contact us with the email used at checkout.
Package Delayed
Delays may happen due to carrier volume, customs, local delivery conditions, weather or holidays.
Delivered But Not Received
Check with household members, neighbors, reception, parcel lockers or local pickup points before contacting support.
Tracking Status Guide
Tracking words can vary by carrier, but these explanations help you understand the most common statuses.
| Order Confirmed | Your order has been placed successfully and is waiting to be prepared. |

| Processing | Your order is being checked, packed and prepared for shipment. |
| Tracking Created | A tracking number has been created, but the carrier may not have scanned the package yet. |
| In Transit | The package is moving through the carrier network toward the destination country or local delivery area. |
| Out For Delivery | The package is with the local delivery driver or local delivery branch. |
| Delivery Attempted | The carrier tried to deliver the package. Follow the carrier instructions for pickup or redelivery. |
| Delivered | The carrier marked the package as delivered. If you cannot find it, check nearby safe places, neighbors, reception or parcel lockers first. |
