Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.

The full return address will be provided after your return request is reviewed and approved.

Please do not send products to the dispatch warehouse unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Orders may be dispatched from an EU warehouse or another fulfillment location, but approved returns may need to be sent to our return address in Kayseri, Turkey.

  1. Return Shipping Costs

For change of mind returns or withdrawal returns, the customer is usually responsible for the direct cost of returning the product unless Sunax Detox agrees otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.

If the return is related to a confirmed damaged, missing, incorrect or faulty order, Sunax Detox will review the case and provide appropriate instructions.
